Last night, Cleveland High School Thespian Troupe 505 held its semi-annual inductions at the Betsy Vines Memorial Theater. The International Thespian Society (ITS) is an honorary drama organization for high-school theatre students. To be inducted, a member must have served 100 hours inside theater productions at CHS. The Troupe inducted 10 new members: Abigail Brown, Olivia Burns, Molly Cassidy, Kaleb Cowan, Alice Eakin, Froggy Reynoso, Shelby Sampson, Sophie Swem, Raniya Turner, & Kenneth Ubri.
The troupe also recognized 2 Honor Thespians who have spent 600+ hours in service to CHS Theater. That distinction went to Aniyah Purifory and Den McKelvey.
The ceremony was led by Troupe Officers: Den McKelvey, President, Myles Keith, Vice President, Aniyah Purifory, Secretary, and Isabella Chapman, Treasurer.
Congratulations to all the new inductees and the Honor Thespians!
