We snagged one of the most positive, best teachers we could have gotten when Coach Chris Renyolds joined CHS! We are so thankful to have him as a Physical Education teacher and football coach!
CHS Robotics is amazing! Students have built these robots. One is a prize-winning robot, and another one is a bomb detector. Incredible things happen at CHS every day!
Our girls' Weight Lifting classes are crushing it! Today Diamond Young and Ashley Allen squatted their personal best. These girls work hard so it's no wonder they are successful. Diamond Young squatted 255, and Ashley Allen squatted 300. Look at the perfect parallel form!
While the students were selecting teachers of the month, teachers were busy selecting Students of the Month for each grade based on the school motto of Work Hard. Get Smart. Be Nice. Congratulations to these deserving students!

Several of our golfers qualified for the City Prep golf tournament held at Bear Trace. Tripp Hall finished T3 with a -3 69. The girls team finished T6 and boys finished in 8th.
All students were asked to nominate a deserving teacher to serve as August's Teacher of the Month. The students have spoken! They selected Mrs. Krepps, Mr. Markham, Mr. Cantrell, Mrs. Caldarera, and Ms. McCathern. Congratulations to these teachers, and thank you for all you do!
Coach Hybarger has taken on the crucial role of Director of Operations, and he is doing a GREAT job! Students miss him in the classroom, but we are thankful for how he fulfills his new position for our school!
