We are so excited to welcome Kindergarten parents and students to Cleveland City Schools!

Do you need to enroll a new student in Cleveland City Schools? Please follow the steps below!

NOTE: If your student is currently enrolled in a Cleveland City Schools pre-K, you are not required to complete new enrollment (on-line form), however, you and your student should attend the enrollment even for screening purposes.

• Step 2: Open the Online Enrollment Form by clicking one of the links below (Links will Appear and Open on March 24, 2025)

• Step 3: Log In or Create Your Account

• Step 4: Complete the Online Enrollment Form

• Step 5: Individual Schools Will Contact You With Additional Information

• WHEN:  Saturday, March 29th from 8am - 3pm

• WHERE:  Cleveland High School Raider Arena @ 850 Raider Drive

• AGE:  Student must be 5 years old on or before August 15, 2025

You and your child must attend registration with the following items:

• Birth Certificate or Proof of Birth

• TN Immunization record

• Proof of Address (rental agreement, recent utility bill, mortgage statement)

Preferred time of registration:

• Stuart Elementary 8:00-9:00 AM

• Yates Primary 8:45-10:15 AM

• Candy's Creek Cherokee Elementary 10:00-11:30 AM

• Blythe-Bower Elementary 12:00-1:30 PM

• Mayfield Elementary 1:00-2:30 PM

• Arnold Memorial Elementary 2:00-3:00 PM

Before school starts in August, your child must have:

• Evidence of medical examination (dated after January 1, 2025)

• An official birth certificate or proof of birth

• A permanent Tennessee Immunization Recording indicating:

  • 2 MMRs

  • 3 Hepatitis B

  • 2 Hepatitis A

  • 5 DPT (One on or after 4th birthday)

  • 4 Polio

  • 2 Chicken Pox

    • If the child has had chickenpox, please present documentation with dates of illness.
